The 3<span><sup>rd</sup> gear issue should be pretty easy since 4<span><sup>th</sup> gear works and it is the same switch for both of them. Sounds like the isolation switch just needs to be threaded in slightly more so that the switch closes when in 3rd.

<span><span>The 2<span><sup>nd</sup> gear could be the same issue IF you have an isolation switch installed.. if the switch is missing it means the top cover has to come off and disassembled to be able to drill and tap for a switch. May not be worth it.</span></span></span></div>

<span><span><span>Possibly the wiring could be wrong for the 2<span><sup>nd</sup> gear setup though I can envision what that would take. Probably worth taking the car up on the lift to see if you can figure it out from below but most times the gearbox cover

<span style="font-family:helvetica; font-size:12pt">In Third, It will work for a short time, then goes out of OD. It appears that it is related to the isolator switch. If I gently push the shifter forward, it stays in OD just fine. If I pull it back slightly
(still in 3rd), it does out of OD, and when I push it slightly forward again, OD re-engages.</span>
