<p>What I found to be very useful on my GT6, which has the same
windshield, is the Gunson trim tool. It is available from
various sources.<br>
</p>
<p>I spend several hours over the course of a week trying to get
the trim in using various methods. Once I used this, it took me
about 1/2 hour.<br>

The groove is REALLY tight. Any suggestions from TR4, 250 or Tr6 guys? Stuff cord into the groove and apply heat?
