<p>What I found to be very useful on my GT6, which has the same
windshield, is the Gunson trim tool. It is available from various
sources.<br>
</p>
<p>I spend several hours over the course of a week trying to get the
trim in using various methods. Once I used this, it took me about
1/2 hour.<br>

Ok helping a buddy. The windshield is installed and now for the chromed plastic finisher. It doesn’t want to “slip” into the groove in the black rubber glazing. The groove is REALLY tight. Any suggestions from TR4, 250 or Tr6 guys? Stuff cord into the groove and apply heat?
