Its just sitting on the studs. And the engine does turn easily. No carbs. Body in pretty good shape; was originally light blue and then was repainted gray (poorly).<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Interior is also in pretty good shape and there’s just a small bit of rust here and there. steering wheel is not cracked anywhere!!<o:p></o:p></p></div></body></html>
