Its just sitting on the studs. And the engine does turn easily. No carbs. Body in pretty good shape; was</font></span><span lang="en-ca"></span><span lang="en-ca"></span><span lang="en-ca"> <font face="Calibri">></font></span><span lang="en-ca"></span><span lang="en-ca"></span><span lang="en-ca"><font face="Calibri">originally light blue and then was repainted gray (poorly).</font></span></p>
