<div> <font size="3">It should.  But it all depends on access.  The inductive heater I've seen is unwieldy and not a good candidate for placing around an exhaust manifold nut.  But that is not what it was designed to do.  If there is a small-format inductive heater it should work as well as an oxi torch without the collateral heating effects with that approach.</font></div>

<div><font size="3">BTW and oxi torch works wonders.  I've used it to remove broken-off studs from cast iron manifolds with zero collateral damage.  (Of course I replace with grade-8 studs and anti-seize.  No more issues going forward.)<br>
