I also think it depends how you drive your TR3. On my 1960 TR3A I’ve got a fat sway-bar up front, adjustable rear shocks, along with some engine mods and a lightened flywheel, all resting on 6 1/2" Panasport wheels wrapped with 205/60R15 Goodrich Tires. So when I’m hammering up HWY 9 out of Saratoga Ca, a very nice twisty road, pedal down in 2nd gear then 2nd OD, it’s fast and just so much fun.
