<div><font size="3">Try backing off the adjuster on the side that is locked up.  if you can back off the adjuster it may release the drum and you can then, maybe, pull it off.  <br>

back wheels off.</span></div>

brakes.</span></div>
 


<div class="yiv7073396602MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:20.0pt;">The driver’s side drum is
locked up; the passenger side I can rotate.</span></div>

off, despite banging on them with a rubber mallet.</span></div>

flat screws)</span></div>
