Pulled cover off and chain and tensioner look really clean. Definitely have been replaced. Also evidenced by two new grade 8 bolts attaching fan hub extension. If there is significant slop in the chain you should replace it. Successfully removed it this morning with a puller. Then I use a puller against the lip of the fan extension and the dog bolt. This will move it probably by 1/2 inch.
