<p class="MsoNormal">This happened to me once. It turned out that I had a leaking brake cylinder and the friction material on the shoes had become saturated with brake fluid. I was surprised to learn that this will cause the shoes to lock onto the drum.
Check your master cylinder reservoir to see if you are losing fluid, then check the brake cylinder on the side that’s locking, for signs of leakage.<o:p></o:p></p>
