RTV is NOT gasoline tolerant. I globule that exuded inside the take swelled up and dropped off and plugged the fuel line. Note that 12.2 volts is a bit low and 11.4 is a bit low but it should be sufficient to run the engine. What voltage do you measure whilst cranking?
