ONE at the scuttle attachment point. A second shot of the scuttle (BELOW) shows the two mounting points I mentioned. I haven’t looked at the fenders in almost a year since they were painted and wrapped in blankets but I’m now confident there will be only
ONE captive nut in that area.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

points along the scuttle. Both use ¼ inch UNF bolts that screw into captive nuts in the fender. The front one is obvious as there is a hole in the scuttle accessible from the footwell. No access for the rear bolt. While it could be loosely screwed into
the captive nut and slid into the mounting point on the scuttle which is open on the bottom, how is it tightened?</span><o:p></o:p></p>
