I called today as we are thinking of relocating to a different state and the rep had an attitude a mile long. I then called Haggerty and they were a delight to talk to. They sent a “specialist” to my house to appraise the damage and he said they would pay something like $3,700. I already had an estimate from a restoration shop that was more than twice that ( don’t remember the exact numbers). I called Hagerty, they said to send them pictures of the damage and a copy of the estimate from the restoration shop. They approved the repair the same day. I later received a check from State Farm for the $3700, I called Hagerty guy back and asked him what I should do with it and he said send it back.
