Chris’s 75 TR6 has basically a MPH Speedo although there are smaller markings for KPH. Normal practice for changing legislation was for the new requirement to be built in to the car at least one calendar year in advance. This did not necessarily apply to US Federal specs because they often were not confirmed until June of the previous model year.
