<p class="MsoNormal">There is no horn relay, that’s why they have that big ass wire going directly into the windtone horns. If you pull the covers off there is some adjustment. When they are working correctly the TR3 can compete with a semi with a horn sound
and volume that defies logic coming from such a tiny car.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Check the connectors around and inside the horns, they are just push-in connectors and oxidize just like everything else.<o:p></o:p></p>

if these are set up the same. And I can't remember if there's a relay in the horn circuit for a TR3. Since it's freezing in the garage here in New Hampshire, I'm too lazy to dig out my electrical diagram there.
