I contacted eBay that a seller was not responding to me and would not refund my money. They asked me to try to work with the seller to get hime to ship my item. He did not, and when I went back to eBay they told me that too much time had elapsed and they could now not help me. Another time I won a set of NOS set of dash pulls for my TR6. I won the auction for very short money, and then the seller “couldn’t find" the items to ship. There is a dark side to eBay and one must be careful, but I’ve had some very positive experiences as well. So I paid. Great, I said, give me my money. Nah, he said, you take it and I’ll deal with the other guy. Buyers beware”. It never posted. I called eBay today and was told the seller had appealed my feedback as it was “pejorative and threatened the future success of his business”. As a result eBay had the right to remove it – and they did.
