<p class="MsoNormal">No, it wouldn’t. If that’s engine oil, I’d suspect it leaked from the rear main seal, and a likely culprit is pressure in the crankcase. Would be worth checking your engine’s ventilation system. If it’s transmission fluid, then its either
the front main seal of the tranny, or the gasket under the cover at the front of the layshaft.</p>
