Broadly speaking, I would think an engine block stamped with TS36570E would be installed in a TR3 with a commission number in approximately the 34,000 range or so. Doing a quick search I see the 1958 TR3A commission numbers were from TS25633 to TS41629 which puts this engine into the middle of this range.
