<font color='black' size='3' face='Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'><font size="4">Look</font><font size="3"><font size="4">s like the control lever that clamps on the throttle shaft that runs immediately behind the engine.  The throttle linkage attaches to to the lever end.  The bolt is actually oriented where the shaft would run and the bolt goes at right angle to that. </font><br>
