<div class="PlainText">I went through this yesterday, having had an awful time removing the old one<br>
a few weeks ago.  Tried pumping grease to force it out but ended up tapping<br>
a thread in it and then screwing a bolt through it until it hit the end and<br>
the bush slowly came out.<br>

I very gently honed the opening  as it was pretty cruddy and then gently<br>
sanded the new bush until I was able to slide it in and remove it .<br>
