Photo of the tool is attached. You might check your local club as someone may have one and could remove that circlip for you. The Churchill Tool number might be S-698, it’s hard to read on the tag. They sometimes come up on e Bay but are getting hard to find. I was lucky to get mine from a retired well known TR 4 racer who advertised it for sale, so maybe a racer close by you would have one too. Maybe one of the British based TR suppliers still sell them.
