Then refit with a new outer sheath or the original one, as long as it’s very clean inside. Of course, you could fit a new inner cable and outer cable sheath but lube the cable as suggested before fitting.<u></u><u></u></span></li><li class="m_4015634460177185094m_8222108864601777040MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm"><span>Needle bounce is often caused by dirt and old lube contaminating the speedo head.
