<p dir="ltr">I have rebuilt a spare steering box for the tr3 and getting ready to put it into the car.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I removed the control head, stator tube, and removed/loosened all necessary bolts, nuts, etc. My question is how do you get the lower shaft loose from the coupler and pull it out?</p>
<p dir="ltr">I can put a pry bar at the lower end and move the box slightly up and down but it's moving it all the way to the steering wheel.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I'm stopping for the night and will get back to it tomorrow afternoon / evening. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.</p>
