<p>normal beveled seat lug nuts.<br>
A couple years back they still had steel inserts. The last two
sets I bough did not.<br>
In either case I use Mcgaard lug nuts. The taperd seats are
captive on the nut but rotate<br>
as you tighten the nut. So the seat does not grind into the
aluminum<br>
check summit racing...even Pep Boys carries mcgaard lugs<br>

<p>I currently have them on my 2014 Mini, My '73 BGT and both
Spits (15's on the Triumphs and MGs 17" on the Mini) had 'em
on both Miatas as well</p>
<p>VERY strong and MUCH cheaper and MUCG lighter than
Panasports! Sizes and PCDs to fit nearly all Triumphs!<br>
(yes even the diminutive Spit 3.75")</p>
