using Heim Joints. He has done several sets over the last few years for many of

should you go that way. Someone else mentioned that after buying what was
advertised as original springs he returned them. That reminded me of my own
experience with some aftermarket springs as I had the same result with some rear
springs that I bought a long time ago.</DIV>
<DIV>In your original post you did not mention why you want to replace your
original springs. Lets start there. What are you trying to accomplish? It just
might be there is nothing wrong with your OE springs. In my case I wanted to
lower the car, but the OE springs were fine after almost 50 years. I may still
have those springs hanging around and if I do I’d send them to you for the price
of the postage if you really need to replace yours.</DIV>

the camber needs to be adjusted beyond the factory capabilities, RevingtonTR in
the UK makes an adjustable upper fulcrum pin that allows much adjustment.
You would not have to shorten the upper control arms.</DIV>
<DIV aria-label="Compose body">I have the kit on my TR3. It's a very good
product.</DIV>
<DIV aria-label="Compose body">I saw a RevingtonTR kit on eBay recently, so
check there first if it interests you.</DIV>

ride is <BR>acceptable to me other may say differently, a smooth ride is not
what I've <BR>ever experienced in a TR, but that's OK with me. Best ride would
be stock <BR>springs. If you do decide to go with the lower springs keep in mind
you will <BR>need to do some modification to the upper front control arms to get
the <BR>correct front camber adjustment. With no shims on the bottom I had too
much <BR>positive camber, I needed to shorten the upper control arms to
