I was 16 I had a TR3 as my only car. Living in Chicago I
drove the car year round for many years. It wasn’t uncommon
to see the car buried in snow similar to the one in the
picture. The car wasn’t a collector car to me it was my only

The way I see it, neither of my cars, the 1960 Land Rover nor the
TR3 are collector cars. They are transportation that I try to keep
in very good driving condition. Since I have 2, I choose depending
upon where I'm going and the weather. But duty #1 for both is
transportation, not to be perfect displays.<br>
