style="FONT-SIZE: 13px; FONT-FAMILY: arial"><FONT size=3>I put some Mazda Miata
MX5 seats in my '62 TR3 last summer. These seats are recommended in the
book "How to Improve Triumph TR2-4A" by Roger Williams. They fit right in,
but took some manufacturing of new seat rails, which was not difficult.
They look great and are soooo comfortable. The comfort of the seats was
always my biggest complaint about my TR3. I paid $60 for the pair at a
wrecking yard and they are in great condition. I could now drive across
country from Oregon to the east coast and be comfortable, whereas driving to the
local grocery store used to be an exercise in discomfort! They don't look
original, but I have taken to heart a quote I read on this forum several years
ago from a TR3 owner: "I do not have a problem with making changes to my
TR3 when it involves improving performance, safety, or comfort, as long as I
feel it doesn't change the basic character of the
car."<BR><BR>Allan<BR><BR><BR></FONT><BR>On 1/17/2017 at 2:19 PM,
