</span>The MC looks the same as stock TR2 (with Lockheed drums all round).<br>

The part I find most interesting is the extra knob sticking out behind the<br>
gearshift, which I believe operates the A-type overdrive.  The Belgians<br>
evidently didn't like the electrical solenoid and switch on the dash, so<br>
they came up with a mechanical linkage instead.  Overdrive only on 4th gear<br>
(same as early TR2).  A mechanical interlock to the main shift lever would<br>
move the OD knob out of overdrive if you shifted away from 4th gear, thus<br>
neatly ducking the problem of forgetting to turn off the dash switch.<br>
