The hanger had a concrete floor, but I think that the constant temperature changes from the metal walls and roof caused a great deal of condensation. You’re going to get a lot of condensation even in a barn that will rot you interior faster than you can imagine. Like other have stated, snow will be a real issue in any fabric structure. I just retrieved a camper from a barn with a dirt floor and found that in just a few months down here in Florida I now have a LOT of mold inside. Almost ruined the old airstream. Alternatively, I left a AH 3000 in a cement floor building for 3 years while in Guam many years ago. I seem to think there was a second collapse several years after that. And we all know that you never get any snow in Maine! Also, be aware that there will be plenty of moisture working its way up from the ground and into the tent. You may want to consider laying down a moisture barrier first. Tek Supply is another outfit that sells a variety of tents and fabric buildings, many of them intended to be used as horse and cow barns.
