If you are doing it yourself contact US Customs to get the forms, not sure if it is still correct but last time I checked there was a 2.5% tax to bring it in. (at least it happened back in '99).</span></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1445606386729_9151"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; font-size: 16px;" class="" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1445606386729_9327">2- If the engine or any MAJOR of the car parts (running gear) are NOT INSIDE the car, you can claim that it is NOT a complete car & there for it is now considered to be a 'Parts Car'.
