My most recent engine rebuild smoked like crazy. I pulled the head to inspect and found, with the shop light at exactly the right position, that one of the piston liners was cracked. Pulled the pistons and liners (piston was scored badly) and the jugs, replaced with County pistons, rings, liner and all is well.<br><br>'Course, I had overheating problems as well.
