As I recall, they have a depot in Phoenix where they offloaded and reloaded. I wasn’t expecting that, but no harm done. Anyway, may work out for your son if he can deliver to their depot. They advertise they will never use brokers but they do use contractors so I’m not sure what the difference is, I guess it’s that the drivers work exclusively for Reliable, but they do own their own trucks. They were actually the lowest quote, including brokers.
