Heat it up quickly with an oxy-acetylene torch with a rose-bud tip if you have that type of a set-up. A smaller MAPP gas torch may work but I've never used one of those. A carbon arc torch connected to a stick welder is another possibility. Also, you may rather try an induction coil heater. Don't know if those are available for rent or not. The good thing is you have nothing around that stud to catch fire.

Took the cat apart,  had the body and frame dipped in an organic derust.  Painted the frame and went to put the leaf springs on.   Uh oh.  Looks like the steel part of that bush didn't come off. 

 

Any ideas on how to get that thing off?
