Since the "Surrey Top" is the rectangular fabric piece that fits between the
backlight and the top of the windscreen, $400 may not really be that far off
the mark. Is there any indication that the item includes the hardtop and/or
the backlight?

I see he is advertising Surrey tops for $400 each.  Seems too good to be
true.
