[TR] '71 versus '73-'76 temp gauge

The gauge faces all changed for 73.  They all are the same size and work the same but the earlier gauges pivot at the bottom whereas the later gauges pivot at the top and the color scheme changed.  It will work fine but it will not match the other gauges.
