[TR] TR6 engine reinstall

We did it this morning.

Just to catch up: we pulled the engine to rebuild it and left the transmission in place.  I had asked previously about potential reinstall vectors.

We had to disconnect and remove the transmission mount, and disconnect the drive shaft so we could move the transmission back a few inches.  Then we installed the engine (sans manifolds and engine mounts), then bolting in the engine mounts, then moving the transmission forward into the engine.  I think that was less effort than removing the transmission, mating the two, then installing the pair together.
