[TR] TR3A Fuel pump

I installed an electric fuel pump right below the tank in my TR3A.  I will add that initially I installed a FAUET pump and it was crazy loud.  I’d heard others have the same issue.  My local Triumph shop then recommended a Hardi Electric Fuel Pump:

A fellow Triumph club member had installed the same pump in his TR4, and he mounted it in the engine bay and has had no issues with it pulling fuel from the tank.
