[TR] TR 3 Engine Colour

My friend Bob had the FRE engine out of his car in 2013, a couple of years
before I snapped that photo of his rebuild tag, and while he didn't open up
the engine he did paint the block black.  And he has no recollection of
what it was prior to that.  Coulda been rebuild-blue/green, but no info.
