[TR] Spark plug heat range

NGK no longer supplies BP6ES, they superseded to the resistor, BPR6ES.  Other plug mfg's are slowly doing the same.
I have run both Pertronix and BPR6ES for a good 15-20 years.  No problems.  Pertronix factory rep also told me no problem.
