All the penetrating oils tend to be light oils with something added to
thin them (toluene, xylene or alcohol, for example), something to make
them "slippery" (a graphite-based compound is the "proprietary
ingredient" in Kroil), and something to dissolve resins and gums (MIBK
in MouseMilk).

The MSDS (Material Safety Data sheet) for each product lists the
ingredients and Wikipedia can decipher that info for the most part.
