[TR] Is this symptom I'm getting indicative of a bad front wheel bearing?

It's not a misprint, unless the missing space between the zero and the ell
count.  It's mainly dyslexic or too-fast reading, or perhaps being more
familiar with ft-lb convention than lb-ft that led him to see 101.
