[TR] Recycling used antifreeze

My community has a "Center for Hard to Recycle Materials". Run by the
county's Solid Waste department, their goal is to keep these sort of things
out of the normal waste stream where they don't belong. Costs me $2 or $3
for out-of-county residents, plus a small fee for some materials.
