[TR] Recycling used antifreeze

There's an old saying that goes "The solution to pollution is dilution." That said pouring a gallon or so of antifreeze down the sanitary sewer (NOT the storm sewer) will dilute it with many thousands of gallons of water from your toilet and all your neighbors' toilets and showers and dishwashers (etc) diluting it to the point of a few PPM.

I can’t find anywhere in the greater Cincinnati area but was wondering if there is some national company that will take it. I need to replace the antifreeze in my TR4A. Is there something I can add to the antifreeze to neutralize it?
