[TR] Trickle chargers and drills

The battery ecosystem one is into means *everything*.  I'm yellow, but were
I doing it again I'd probably go red.  (My Milwaukee chainsaw is
terrific).

Note, Patrick, that in addtion to 3rd party batteries in the old form
factor, DeWalt makes an adapter for NiCd 18V tools to take Li-ion 20V Max
batteries.  It's not as cheap as one wishes, but it works perfectly.  I've
extended the life of my old 18V hammer drill with that adapter and since I
have several batteries it was better than pitching the old drill.
