Andrew,
I'm a big fan of Ryobi tools. My drill has been going strong for years,
and gets lots of use, it's not a "garage queen". Ryobi has lots of tools
which use their interchangeable battery which lasts for lots of use. They
also make a high-capacity battery which lasts longer than I do :-/

I'm watching for battery maintainer responses. My TR4's battery died
recently. Seven years ago it cost ~ $100. The same battery now costs over
$200!!!!, so I want to nurse this one for as long as possible.
