I’ve been meaning to tell you that at least a piece of your Rust Rocket lives on. Back in 1999 you sold me the plenum section off that car. It traveled 1600 miles this summer.

One of my early experiences with Triumphs was back in high school.  A
fellow who worked at Ed Shock's Hobby Shop in the Broad Ripple area of
Indianapolis, Melvin Chestnut,  had a red TR3 with a "racing head".
Bill Hickey and myself helped get it running.  I remember the first test
drive with the three of us in that car.

I need a red TR3.
