It depends on your patience. The inflators you provided links to will do the job, but will take a long time, especially as the pressure requirement increases.

The 4x4 inflator suggested ($220) will handle higher pressures and fill much more quickly. If you plan on using it all the time, you can justify the cost.

However, it this is for occasional use and you're not afraid of Harbor Freight, he's an equivalent high pressure inflator for $75 (less if you have a coupon):
