[TR] TR4 TR4A front shocks

Allen, front suspension on a TR4 is same or similar to a TR3.  TR4A matches
TR250, TR6.  They are different specifically the upper arms, maybe other
differences as well.  Don't know about shock absorber spec differences, but
definitely a different, though similar, suspension set up.
