[TR] Robbins Top

I got a Robbins top for my TR250 and installed it myself. It is hard to
put up, the snaps are near the bottom on the lower back sides and it is
still a bear to get them on unless hot and sunny. Also hard to stretch it
to the rail.
This would be consistent with either the tops being cut a little tight in
the back, or me no knowing what I was doing when I installed the top.
I always store it in the winter on, as figure that makes it less likely to
shrink, and on sunny days I sometimes put it up and kinda try to stretch it
out. Not getting any better, but not getting any worse either.
