[TR] What happened to my car?

This is a picture of what's hanging under my 2012 Jaguar XF.  Was a part taken or is something just hanging?
Had a full engine replacement in August and had the brakes replaced in November.  Any connection or something new?  
At least I can recognize parts on my TR3.  With these "new" cars, I'm lost.
